Sara is diligent with follow-up and ensures that no detail is overlooked. She is accessible, responsive, and proactive in addressing concerns. She communicates effectively with physicians, helping to prevent hospitalizations and ensuring continuity of care.

Sara approaches every patient with genuine compassion and a positive attitude. Her dedication and kindness are reflected in the many compliments she receives from those she serves. She truly cares about her patients’ well-being, and it shows in every interaction.
