Tamara set up my cardiac procedure after setting me up in an operating room. She was most efficient in her ministrations, preparing the room, medications, and equipment to allow the doctor to complete the cardioversion procedure as effectively as possible. She was also the surgical assistant nurse for the procedure and was there during my 2+ hour recovery process after a successful cardioversion. She answered all my questions with excellently understandable words and statements that greatly eased my anxiety (both before and after) my procedure.

After my discharge, Tamara escorted me to my transportation vehicle and assisted me into the passenger seat. Her concerned yet clear and understanding manner, conduct, and specific, understandable instructions went a long way to make this "scary cardiac" procedure bearable. She should be given an award for her professionalism and outstanding conduct with patients in her hospital.
