Lea, thank you so much for your dedication to caring for my father. Your kindness and compassion are evident in the way you treat your patients. You cared for my father with such tenderness and empathy. I also want to thank you for when my father had a sudden health issue. It wasn’t your responsibility to care for him—the other nurse was attending to the second patient because her condition was also critical— you stepped in, cared for him, and helped him get through this crisis. You demonstrated great competence, quick thinking, and decisive action.
