He ensures the operational and multidisciplinary functions operate smoothly on all levels and ensures to listen to the representatives of each department to serve his team and community well. He has been a steadfast advocate for initiatives that enhance nursing quality, particularly through his strong support of research and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP).

Under his guidance, nursing care at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre – Jeddah has significantly advanced, positively impacting both patients and their families. He has maintained a low nursing turnover by actively supporting and ensuring wellbeing initiatives and DEI & B, research programs, as well as the MAGNET culture, successful planning, and recognition are embedded in our work culture.

He actively fosters professional growth among nurses by encouraging participation in conferences, supporting research presentations, and creating opportunities for nurses to showcase their work. He has supported nurses to attend international and national conferences. These efforts empower our staff, promote continuous learning, and elevate the overall standard of care we provide.
