Racheal went above and beyond for a patient of mine. The patient required off-label therapy and had been struggling with his/her condition for years without relief. We submitted a prior auth, which was immediately declined with no option for appeal. Racheal refused to give up in order to help this patient. She submitted documentation, researched the therapy and its use for the condition, and did so without question. This medication, which was denied, was approved due to her hard work. She advocated for this patient without being asked and exceeded expectations, ultimately helping them receive the treatment they deserved. I, a physician, have very rarely seen such dedication and feel she is well deserving of this honor.
