Testimonials
“I was just starting out in leadership, and you saw something in me that I had not yet seen in myself. The way you led, with clarity, with heart, and with an unwavering belief in the people around you, shaped how I show up as a CNO today. Every nurse leader I have mentored since carries a little of what you taught me.”
“You always make time for people and truly actively listen. When I observe how you authentically show up for others, and how you make people feel, it is truly a gift.”
“As a nurse manager in 2008, I remember coming to you about leaving to take on a Director role at another organization. You praised me for being courageous and challenging myself. You told me I was ready for the next step, and when the time was right, I would be back. I remember leaving that office and telling myself that was the type of leader I aspired to be.”
“Your support throughout my DNP journey meant more than words can ever fully express, and your continued encouragement, through both life’s difficult moments and professional growth, has left a lasting imprint on my heart.”
“As I considered an external opportunity, I sought you out for guidance. Without hesitation, you wholeheartedly encouraged and mentored me through the process. Your belief in me helped me believe in myself.”
“You exemplify an exceptional commitment to developing others, particularly as Lowell General Hospital’s integration into the Tufts Medicine system has evolved. You intentionally elevated key team members to roles that increased their visibility and engagement in system-level initiatives, ensuring they had a meaningful voice in decision-making to advance system-wide priorities and strengthen organizational performance.”
