I am currently undergoing testing for a challenging cancer diagnosis, which requires me to come in for an IV. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Julie Walkington, who provided truly exceptional care. I have never had a more pleasant experience getting an IV. Because I am a difficult patient for blood draws, I had to return to see Julie again, and she was just as wonderful the second time.

Julie was personable, professional, efficient, and completely effective. My husband was with me, and he remarked that he felt like he knew Julie as a friend because of how kind and approachable she was. Her presence made an experience I was anticipating with anxiety, and difficulty feel unexpectedly positive.

I also want to share that the young woman who brought me in to see Julie was equally wonderful. I arrived that morning expecting challenges and stress, especially with an IV and CT scan ahead of me, but I left feeling genuinely good. I felt it was important that you know how appreciative I am of the care I received, particularly from Julie. Thank you so much for your compassion and professionalism during a difficult time.
