She consistently follows through, communicates clearly, and makes sure my mother feels safe and supported.
I am happy to nominate Anne Marie for the DAISY Award because she consistently goes above and beyond in the care she provides to my mother. There isn’t just one moment or single event I can point to, what makes Anne Marie extraordinary and deserving of this award, is that every interaction, every visit, and every act of care reflect the same level of compassion, dedication, and advocacy.

My mom has very complex health needs, and navigating her care can often feel overwhelming. Anne Marie has become one of her strongest advocates, always attentive, proactive, and deeply invested in her well-being. She takes the time to truly listen, to notice subtle changes, and to ensure concerns are addressed promptly. She never treats my mother as just another patient; she treats her as a person worthy of dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. It’s so comforting to know that Anne Marie is a great part of her health care team and journey.

What stands out most is Anne Marie’s unwavering commitment. She consistently follows through, communicates clearly, and makes sure my mother feels safe and supported. She anticipates needs before they’re spoken, explains care with patience, and approaches every situation with empathy and professionalism. Because of her, my mother feels seen, heard, and cared for; our family feels reassured knowing she is in such capable and compassionate hands.

Exceptional care isn’t only measured in single heroic moments, but in the quiet, reliable excellence shown day after day. Anne Marie embodies that excellence. Her advocacy, compassion, and dedication have made a profound difference in my mother’s health journey and in our family’s peace of mind.

She truly represents the spirit of The DAISY Award, and I am deeply grateful for the extraordinary care she provides. Thank you for everything you do, Anne Marie!
