My daughter fell on a hiking trail while we were on vacation, resulting in her needing stitches. This was her first experience in an Emergency Department and her first time needing stitches, so she was very nervous.

Joshlynn made my daughter feel so comfortable. She talked to her on her level and answered every single question she had, and trust me, there were plenty. Joshlynn was patient, kind, and reassuring throughout the entire experience.
