Through this 18-month journey, Oana Cordos has made an impact on the level of care I have received. Every message left is returned within an hour with an answer. She always has a smile for me. When I began receiving treatments, she explained everything to my wife and me. Many times I was nervous and she made me laugh and put me at ease. Oana is someone my wife and I have come to trust and depend on. When we think of cancer treatments, we think of her and the kindness she has shown us, and we don't think of cancer. Over 18 months, yes, today is our last treatment, we look forward to seeing her smiling face. She treats us like friends, always calling us by our first name.

Oana is probably the most compassionate and kindest nurse we have been lucky to work with. Oana made something scary, like cancer, not the worst thing to deal with. She answered all the questions we had. If we called, every call was returned within an hour with an answer. She made us feel like people and not patients. Always knew both our names, my husband and me. My husband is hard of hearing, and she respected that and knew how to best communicate with him. She always made my husband smile while receiving a cancer shot. We finished our last treatment today and will now do 6-month follow-ups. We will look forward to seeing Oana in six months.
