I am honored to nominate Nurse Stephanie for the DAISY Award. She is an example of CPR (Compassionate, Professionalism, Respect). She always goes above and beyond for both patients and staff. She always provides compassionate care for patients while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She has always been one to treat her patients like they are family. This nurse is very welcoming to new staff as well. From my first day, she made sure I felt welcome and assured me that if I needed any help, she was there to assist. That is still true today. She is always willing and able to help staff members. Whether through small acts of kindness or by consistently being a patient advocate, she is a true example of what it means to provide compassionate care. Her commitment and respect for others, and her professionalism make her an invaluable member of the team. She deserves this award.
