Shannon is a great nurse. Shannon showed great care for my dad after his hip replacement surgery. Shannon made sure my dad's medication was accurate. Shannon really listened to whether my dad was having pain and made sure my dad's pain was minimized. At the family training meeting, Shannon was thorough and patient and made sure my mom's and my questions were answered. Thank you
