I was recently in the hospital for my fourth stay here. I have always been taken care of; you have great staff, but this last stay is one that I will never forget. I was shown genuine care, compassion, and mercy. Something I haven't seen in a while makes me wonder if there are still good, caring people around. God crossed my path with Andrea, who was there to help me through the day. She was like an angel in human form. God is working in me, and I believe he showed Himself to me through them. Some people have gifts, some talents. You are very blessed to have Andrea, who is a truly gifted woman. Some people do great at their jobs, but she went above and beyond. Through her, I saw God's amazing love, and I am so thankful. I don't usually do surveys when they are bad; this one is an honor and a privilege. Andrea needs to be recognized and rewarded for her work. The best word I can come up with is grace. She did her job with much grace. Thank you, Andrea. Thank you, St. Anthony's. I have been in management all my life; people like this are hard to come by. Bless them. They deserve it.
