Jenna has strong communication skills. She presents ideas, projects and her work is done at many levels — across the department, Mayo Clinic Health System in Northwest Wisconsin and Mayo Clinic. She shares this work at conferences and does a wonderful job of professionally presenting topics.

Jenna has been an active preceptor in many of her roles at Mayo Clinic Health System. She shows her passion for her work, takes time to teach and develop knowledge in others, and advocates for preceptor support and learning. She is a "go-to" person for staff and her co-workers for her knowledge, support, and leadership qualities.

With teaching classes or helping others, she is able to connect with anyone, adjust her delivery and make it make sense for all.

Jenna shows her love of learning by volunteering to do projects, teach classes and facilitate unit-level learning. She gently pushes her co-workers to try new professional development opportunities, watch the latest webinars and learn about something new and great for our role.

Jenna is a strong part of our team. She is willing to jump in, help, work together, offer suggestions and help find solutions.
