I was under Laura's professional excellent care during my stay at the hospital. I was in the hospital for five days with a several medical issues that were very delicate and changed very quickly. She was very professional. I could tell she knew what she was doing. She made sure all my needs were taken care of and was very patient and very kind and I feel very lucky that she is in this profession. Thank you!

Laura was absolutely wonderful in caring for our grandma with dementia while she was hospitalized for a serious infection. It can be hard to leave a loved one in the hospital, especially when they don't remember what is happening or where they are. Laura assured us of the type of care she received when family was unable to be bedside and patiently explained the checks they have in place to ensure grandma was safe and looked after.

Laura was kind and patient with grandma and we could tell she loves her job and takes great pride in caring for patients and making them feel comfortable. All the care she provided for grandma was so well done, she made it look easy - even when it was challenging Laura never got flustered or short with her. Laura took time to answer all of our questions about grandmas condition and the type of care and helpful tips we could use once grandma was discharged to home with us.

Laura gave us confidence in the hospital, confidence in the care plan, and confidence in our ability to care for her once we were home. We are so grateful to Laura and her communication, kindness and expert care.
