Following my father’s accident, the Emergency Centre nursing team demonstrated exceptional compassion and professionalism. Especially ENA Khanyile; she consistently showed empathy and a caring attitude, supporting both my father and our family through a traumatic experience. Her calm, skilled responses and ongoing check-ins—even outside the ICU—made a significant difference in our emotional well-being. She built a special, reassuring connection with us through clear communication and genuine concern. Their seamless collaboration with the full EC team ensured our needs were always prioritized. Despite a busy unit, she and the EC team maintained a positive, professional presence that reflected the highest standard of nursing excellence. We are deeply grateful for her and their extraordinary care.
