I have been working since 2023. Kathrine is one of the people who is always there to help and support. She is fair and honest. I've never seen her angry or bothered, even during hard times. She helped and supported me during the orientation period and during shifts. Whenever difficulty is found during a shift,  she's always the first one to call, always the first to respond. Even when she is very busy, she responds with full respect.

Kathrine is fair in dealing with all staff, giving them the same treatment. She is the only person who can be approached easily, without thinking twice about whether to speak, because she will never blame and will never let anyone feel down. Any educator may have the knowledge, information, and data, but such an educator with full emotions, respect, fairness, and easy access is rare. She teaches lessons on how to be perfect professionals before even teaching the information. Although very busy, she is always available to help and support in all aspects of care.

She is consistently available to support staff, is always approachable, and never hesitates to offer help or guidance. Her commitment to education, combined with kindness and dedication, creates a supportive learning environment where staff feel confident and empowered to grow. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everyone feels supported, valued, and safe to ask questions.
