Erin is an exceptional leader, manager, and human being, and I could say many more positive things about her. She leads with humility, compassion, and genuine care for every nurse on her team. It is evident how deeply she values each person’s well-being. She is thoughtful, attentive, and consistently advocates for healthy work–life balance. She even steps in to take patients herself, modeling exactly what supportive leadership should look like. Erin is hilarious, and when she walks into a room, you are guaranteed to laugh. She brings light, connection, and comfort even on the hardest days. She is incredibly helpful and constantly checks in with everyone, making sure people feel supported and heard. She is also an amazing listener and someone who truly hears and understands the people who come to her. Erin is a natural fixer. She helps everyone in the building with problems big and small, turning overwhelming issues into manageable ones. She stepped into her role as a supervisor and absolutely exceeded every expectation.
