The reason why I wanted to recognize Andrea is that on top of doing everything that everybody did here, she’s been keeping my grandma, my father, and me laughing.
My mother is 68 and was recovering from breaking her hip at an outside rehab facility. She just hasn’t been feeling good, but we all attributed it to her being in recovery and still healing from everything.
My mom is lucky to be alive, and she’s alive because of Andrea and the others who worked on her the minute that she got in here. The reason why I wanted to recognize Andrea is that on top of doing everything that everybody did here, she’s been keeping my grandma, my father, and me laughing. She made my mom smile. She talks to her, even though she's not responsive, and now that she is, as she was checking on her, she's still talking to her just the same as when she was unresponsive. She has treated her so well. She stayed in the room, stayed in contact, explained everything to the family, and just welcomed the family in there even though it was crowded.
I just can’t say enough good things about her
