Jessica has always gone above and beyond for all our patients; however, we have one in particular who has many medical issues outside of dialysis, and Jessica has scheduled appointments with her other providers for her despite this patient canceling or not showing up to said appointments.

Most nurses would have given up after that happening multiple times, but not our Jessica. She still took the time to talk to her and educate her on the importance of these appointments and helped her reschedule them again. She takes the time to talk with her and see how she can help her in any way she can. She reminds her of her appointments offers help if she needs transportation set up you name it and she has done it for this patient.

This is just one example of what she does for our patients here and this is not a one off I have seen her do this with multiple patients. Jess truly cares for all our patients and we are lucky to have her for our patients and for a teammate who always goes above and beyond but also demonstrates our Core Values not only in the clinic but in her everyday life she truly is what you would call a Role Model for us all.

And just to add besides making sure our patients are educated she also takes the time to help and educate her fellow teammates I have learned so much from her and I can always go to her with anything and know she would help me and our team in any way.
