Eliver goes above and beyond for patients and staff. He is a great leader. He will try his best to accommodate patient schedule changes. He listens when patients have concerns. He is always lending an ear to staff; I definitely know that to be true about me. He looks out for everyone’s well-being. He is loved on and off the floor.

I have personally worked side by side with Ian for the past 12 years, and he is the most compassionate teammate I’ve ever known. From day one, he has always put all of the patients’ concerns and health first, as well as their family members. He will sit chairside with them if they are going through certain situations, and he validates their concerns and feelings.

He is loved by all the patients, and they usually ask for him to address their concerns before they talk to anyone else. He is very respectful towards the patients and an active listener. He goes above and beyond not only for the patients but for his teammates. Even if he is going through a rough patch, he will make sure to check on the teammates' well-being as well. He is an awesome nurse and clinical manager. My motto for Ian is “Compassion in Every Connection.”
