While volunteering with Amanda at the flu shot clinic, a gentleman approached. He took one look at Amanda and said, "I remember you; you took great care of me when I had my knee replaced."

Amanda introduced me as her boss and he said he wanted to nominate her for the DAISY award. I would also like to nominate Amanda for making a lasting impression on this gentleman, who recognized her from months earlier.

Amanda is always the perfect role model for Jefferson/Lehigh Valley and is so deserving of this award.
