Andrew Spoul was educated. Due to my fears and first experience, I was scared to take my meds due to the unknown. He not only told me what they were for but also how they work. He was gentle with my IV due to blowouts. He made my experience very nurturing, and I felt safe as I processed my tears, as it was my first injury and a traumatic one for me.
