With little notice, the team came together and successfully completed a full unit relocation in less than a week. Every team member played a vital role, taking ownership of responsibilities and working collaboratively to ensure patient care remained seamless throughout the transition. Despite the disruption, the team maintained a positive attitude, adapted quickly, and continued delivering high-quality care without compromising the patient experience. What was particularly remarkable was the way the Witt 2 team carried its culture wherever it went. Even while temporarily dispersed, team members continued to celebrate one another, support colleagues, and maintain the strong sense of connection that defines their unit.
