Julianne consistently exemplifies what it means to be a DAISY nurse. Most notably, she demonstrates exceptional reliability and dedication by always showing up for her team when it matters most. When a colleague went on leave, Julianne seamlessly stepped in to serve as Market Lead, ensuring continuity, stability, and support for her team without hesitation. Her willingness to take on additional responsibility reflects both her leadership and her deep sense of accountability to others.
Julianne goes above and beyond in every aspect of her work. When the Clinical Executive team needed support in Ambulatory, an area outside of her current role, she volunteered without being asked. Her readiness to contribute wherever there is a need speaks to her selflessness and commitment to the broader mission of patient care and organizational excellence.
Her dedication in her role as a patient safety nursing executive is equally remarkable. When the Risk Review Board needed a representative from Patient Safety, Julianne again stepped forward. She has played an active role in numerous initiatives aimed at improving safety outcomes, consistently advocating for best practices and thoughtful, evidence-based decision-making.
