Ms. Fort was my first memory of a nurse after awakening from my open-heart surgeries and coding in between. I was very fearful, and her excellent nursing skills, kindness, and compassion meant the world to me! She made a lasting impression on me! My heartfelt thanks go out to her!

I couldn’t have asked for a more kind, compassionate, and caring nurse. I had no idea she was working under a nurse mentor/supervisor, as her skills were excellent. She made quite a lasting impression on me. She is a valuable asset to Baptist Health and the nursing community. She even came to check on me after I had been moved to another floor.
