Monica was my night nurse during my hospital stay. I was alone, anxious, confused, and in pain. She went above and beyond with compassion. Monica took the time to talk to me about how I was feeling and made it a priority to help me understand the things I had questions about. She made it her priority to accommodate me with not only the items I needed but with a listening ear and kind words of reassurance. She made me feel safe and comfortable, as if she were caring for her own family member.

It was very refreshing to see a person in this profession who genuinely loves her job and her patients. I was really struggling not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Seeing Monica with her smiling face and overflow of positivity completely changed my mindset for the better. I only have great things to say about this woman. She was the light in a very dark time for me. I believe she is an excellent, shining example of what an exceptional nurse should be.
