Meg joined our team not long ago, but she has already made a significant impact on our stroke care. She is very visible, wants to be involved, and makes positive changes that make it easier for all staff. Meg joined us for our Critical Care Fellowship classes. Not only did she take it upon herself to gladly present our material, but she also added to it! She then stayed and helped with neuro breakouts, which were real-time NIHSSs. The GNs were able to see a clear, easy way to complete an NIHSS from a true expert! I know that we educators benefited as well. I learned so much from even two hours with her. Every time I see and interact with Meg, she is upbeat, positive, and funny. She is truly a leader, and we are so lucky to have her!
