I’m not sure of the words to express my family’s appreciation to Alfredo for the care he gave my brother. Not only were we lucky to get such an experienced nurse on my brother’s difficult case, but we were also blessed to get someone who really cared and gave their all. His professionalism was impressive. Our family was in a very tough situation, and having someone like Alfredo taking care of our brother made it much more tolerable. He had a day off but offered to come in because he was so invested in my brother’s case. Thank you, Alfredo!

Thanks a million to Alfredo for the hard work and professionalism he has shown my brother. I spent the night, and from the minute he arrived, his attention to detail and his assessment of the patient were above and beyond. Upon finding the leak in the balloon bypass, it was on--- his emergency measures were tops! More complications with a possible stroke, he went into action to ready the patient to send to CT. After the patient returned, he prepared him for the OR; since then, his expertise in administering medications and his knowledge have been remarkable. He deserves this award and more. TMC is lucky to have such a dedicated employee.
