Deb made things easy for me and my parents in so many different ways. One notable example is that she asked us what my brothers’ favorite music was and she made a playlist on her phone and played it for him.

Deb also went out of her way to make a personal connection with each member of our family. It made us really comfortable asking her questions. In addition, she worked extremely hard to rally other care team members to collaborate on my brothers’ behalf.
