Throughout her career, Carolyn has held various roles, including OSC, Administrative Assistant, PNA, LVN, Staff RN, Clinical Coordinator, and Interim Nurse Manager from July 2024 through September 2024, followed by her career advancement to Newton Nurse Manager. Carolyn’s leadership style represents integrity, compassion, and accountability. She has developed a depth of experience that allows her to lead with insight, empathy, and clinical expertise.
Carolyn has successfully transformed the Newton Unit's culture by fostering strong teamwork and collaboration. Under her leadership, staff work cohesively, support one another, and take pride in delivering high-quality patient care. She leads by example and is never hesitant to step onto the floor to assist her team, ensuring that both patients and staff have the support they need at any given moment.
