Max Harrison has been with Pediatrics, supporting both Cambridge and Waltham, for just over a year. With a steep learning curve, Max has managed to excel in this position, gaining the trust of not only the clinicians and the practices he supports, but most importantly, of our patients and families.

Max has also had to support both practices for half of his tenure, which has required discipline and strong communication to effectively manage the workload. He takes initiative, especially related to vaccine inventory, while also considering staffing challenges and the associated impacts on the clinic. Max is always willing to step in and help his fellow teammates in any capacity.

Max is a trusted and friendly person by nature and is always willing to lend a hand. Most importantly, patients appreciate his calm demeanor, his insightfulness, and the thoughtful way he communicates with what is often very stressful for patients and parents.
