John was very understanding and helpful. I appreciate everything he did, and he went above and beyond. He is an amazing nurse, and I appreciated his help. My husband was very sick. All I wanted was to be heard, and he listened and cared. He went out of his way to help us no matter how many times we hit the call light. He never got mad, was always helpful and understanding, and showed he cared. We are so grateful to have such a good nurse who actually cares.
