I would like to recognize Cheryl for the exceptional care I received while recovering from unexpected open-heart surgery.

On my second day post-op, I began experiencing a new level of pain that I wasn’t fully prepared for. It was overwhelming, both physically and emotionally. During that time, she was incredibly patient and present. She took the time to explain what I was feeling, why it was happening, and what to expect next. That understanding alone brought me so much comfort.

She was proactive in managing my care, staying ahead of my pain at my request. More importantly, she showed genuine compassion. She listened, reassured me, and brought me comfort during a moment that could have easily felt scary.

This was a procedure I wasn’t expecting to go through, and the recovery process was difficult. But because of her, I felt a little less pressure. Her kindness, knowledge, and attentiveness made all the difference in my healing experience.

I truly could not have asked for better care, and I am deeply grateful for the impact she had on my recovery.
