From the moment Pam entered the room, she was incredibly comforting and reassuring. She rapidly and skillfully assessed my husband’s condition and clearly demonstrated strong clinical judgment. She thoughtfully considered what might be going on, including important items on the differential diagnosis, and acted promptly on those concerns.

Pam asked highly pertinent medical questions about his history and was able to quickly rule out heartbeat irregularities, which gave us immense relief. What truly set Pam apart was not only her clinical expertise, but her sensitivity to my husband’s needs. She genuinely cared about his comfort and well-being, treating him with kindness, respect, and compassion throughout the visit.

Her calm demeanor helped ease our anxiety during a stressful moment. We have visited this urgent care many times in the past, and I can honestly say we have never experienced this level of outstanding nursing care.
