The nurse patiently answered every question, skillfully started an IV for lab work, and carefully assessed my reflexes and strength. When no volunteer was available to bring me back from the Ultrasound department, he personally came to escort me back to the ER, demonstrating both compassion and dedication to his patients. TJ even made sure I was comfortable while waiting for test results, bringing warm blankets and checking in with genuine kindness.
