Over the past several months, my father has been in and out of the hospital, and our family has encountered many nurses and healthcare professionals along the way. Sofie stood out in a way that is truly unforgettable.
From the moment she entered the room, Sofie treated my father not as a chart or a diagnosis, but as a person. She took the time to sit with us, talk with us, and genuinely listen. Her presence brought a sense of calm and reassurance to my father and our family during an otherwise overwhelming and exhausting time. Because of Sofie, we felt confident that my father was not only being treated, but truly cared for.
