Elissa came on shift just as my labor with my first baby began to intensify. From the very beginning, she brought such a warm, calming presence that immediately put me at ease. She made it clear that if I needed anything at all—even if it was simply having her sit beside me—she would be there.

Throughout my labor, Elissa supported me every step of the way. She coached me with constant positive encouragement and guided me through each push. I truly don’t think my birthing experience would have been the same without her. She respected every decision I made and ensured I understood all of my options.

After my baby was born, I experienced a complication, and Elissa was right by my side, offering immediate support. She did everything she could to keep me comfortable and advocated for me when I needed it most.

Elissa is an exceptional nurse, and I feel incredibly fortunate that she was there for the birth of my first child. The way she treated me made me feel like I was a family member or that we had been friends for a long time. Even my husband felt her exceptional care.
