Renee is a phenomenal nurse who, at baseline, already goes above and beyond for patients and our team. In the last four months, she has literally maintained three job positions with a smile on her face. She is a nurse, prior authorization specialist, and medical assistant. Whenever a patient or team member needs something, Renee is there to help. I cannot count the times during the day that I receive a message from a patient, or they say in clinic that if it weren't for Renee, they wouldn't be able to have their medication. She truly is night and day for a patient suffering from a poor quality of life due to their dermatologic condition. Between every patient she sees in clinic, she runs back to her computer to respond to patient messages, call back pharmacists, send another fax, schedule another referral, and then meets me in the next exam room with a gentle and welcoming smile.
