She's always going the extra mile to ensure the success of her students.
Ruth is a wonderful professor and nurse. She's always going the extra mile to ensure the success of her students. She brings breakfast on exam days, helps students with personal matters, and is always available to answer questions students of hers may have. While being an excellent mentor, she's always providing positive encouragement. Her kindness, expertise, and passion for both teaching and the nursing field are exemplary.
Her genuine interest in the well-being and development of students is evident in every interaction. Whether it is offering extra support during challenging lessons or fostering a welcoming campus environment, Ruth understands that education goes beyond just academics.
Ruth extends her teaching by traveling to the other campuses to facilitate simulation, once again demonstrating the value she places on learning. She consistently demonstrates a deep respect for each student as an individual, acknowledging unique backgrounds and experiences, which is essential in a diverse nursing program.
Moreover, Ruth extends this compassion to her colleagues as well. By creating a collaborative atmosphere, she encourages open dialogue and mutual respect, ensuring everyone feels valued and heard. This not only enhances teamwork but also contributes to a positive workplace culture that ultimately benefits the students. Her ability to inspire and uplift those around her sets a remarkable example of leadership in nursing education.
