During her accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing program at the University of North Georgia, Gabriella Creviston participated in a study abroad trip to Peru to serve medically underserved men, women, and children in both Summer 2025 and Spring 2026.

During both trips, Gabriella compassionately translated critical healthcare information for patients as she assisted in providing women's healthcare services and screenings. She consistently demonstrated kindness, empathy, and a gentle demeanor, working hard to ensure others felt included and at ease.

One evening, Gabriella stayed up all night to support a colleague through an unanticipated emergency health situation during the trip. Gabriella's passion for nursing and compassion for humans make her truly deserving of this DAISY Award.
