Heather did a great job caring for my father during his time at the hospital. She answered any questions I had regarding his care and provided me with great information about his condition. She kept me updated throughout the week when I was unable to visit.

My father appreciated her kindness and attentiveness to call lights and care. This surgery was unexpected and scary. The team really helped this process go smoothly, especially Heather. She lightened the mood on many occasions by reassuring us and with some lighthearted comedy between her and my dad.

Overall, my father had a wonderful experience with her as his nurse for multiple days. I enjoyed seeing and talking to her, as it was always a pleasant time. She is a wonderful and caring nurse.
