Nancy Llanas made my mom’s cancer journey so much easier. From helping schedule appointments to showing up and supporting her during those visits, she never ceased to advocate for my mom. She consistently demonstrated exceptional compassion, taking the time to truly listen, address concerns, and ensure that my mom always felt heard and respected.

Nancy went above and beyond to coordinate care, communicate clearly with both my mom and our family, and make an incredibly overwhelming experience feel more manageable. What sets Nancy apart is her unwavering dedication and genuine kindness. She treats her patients as individuals, not just diagnoses, and provides comfort and reassurance during some of the most difficult moments. She also supported our family, helping us understand what to expect and making sure we felt included and informed every step of the way.

Nancy embodies the core values of the DAISY Award through her advocacy, empathy, and commitment to patient-centered care. Because of her, my mom’s journey was filled with more dignity, comfort, and support than we could have ever hoped for.
