El último caso importante de contar es la historia de un joven de la región con un cáncer de recto en etapa terminal que recibe quimioterapia paliativa y que asiste cada 15 días a la Unidad de Quimioterapia junto a su tía, quien es su cuidadora y quien lo crió desde pequeño después de que fue abandonado por su madre.

Su tía es cariñosa y lo considera como su hijo, entregándole todos los cuidados a su sobrino y acompañándolo a todas las sesiones. Ellos son de una zona rural y tienen recursos limitados.

En una de las sesiones, él contó cuánto le gustaba ir al cine antes de enfermarse, y su tía comentó que ella nunca había ido al cine.

Es ahí donde nace la idea por parte de Sage y su equipo de organizar una salida al cine. Ella compartió la idea en una oportunidad durante el almuerzo y lo gestionaron con un grupo de colegas. Les compraron las entradas a ambos y además les dieron un cupón para palomitas y bebidas.

Es así que una pequeña acción se transformó en la alegría de este paciente y su tía.
