We arrived in the Heart and Vascular Center from the ER. We had spent all night in the ER with my 44-year-old husband, whom we brought in for symptoms that we assumed were associated with another issue altogether. but turned out to be cardiac-related. Terry walked into the room and was a ray of sunshine from the start. She was very informative and reassuring with every step of the process. She kept Marcus' comfort a priority throughout the day. She was also very accommodating to our family. There were 6 of us supporting Marcus, praying and waiting to hear how his procedure would go. She gave clear instructions on where we could wait and also arranged for the doctor to come out and give a report to the whole family so everyone could hear and ask questions. Her shift ended before a room opened up on the floor, and she was very thorough in making sure we knew what was happening and were in good hands before she left. Her cheerful presence and quality of patient care were top-notch in our book!
