Novie is deserving of this award due to her diligence with her patients and her nursing responsibilities.

Novie is a patient advocate for each and every patient she encounters and provides outstanding care and treatment. Novie is also a role model to her coworkers and colleagues. She is always willing to help, stay over, and contribute to the unit in any way she can.
