Jana was awesome right away, helping me very quickly and calmly. I never felt better taken care of in my life.

From the start, she was super kind, welcoming me with a huge and kind smile and great small talk. After a brief introduction, she went straight to work, never once stopping or pausing, like a routine she could never forget, almost making it look easy, though it is not.

She was great at explaining things as she went, answering questions, and never letting me worry. I can only imagine how proud Unity must be to have Jana on their team.

From working skills to social skills, she is an ace with all of it, even the small things like asking about the door being open or closed, offering a blanket, and asking if I needed anything like water or tissue.
