From the moment she meets a patient, she creates a sense of comfort and trust through her warm personality, attentive nature, and genuine empathy. Her friendly manner, sense of humour, and ability to listen help patients feel at ease even during some of the most difficult and emotional times.
One family who had been experiencing an especially traumatic time spoke of how blessed they felt to have this nurse looking after their mother. They described her kindness and unwavering support as extraordinary. Her compassion extended not only to the patient but to the entire family, ensuring everyone felt informed and cared for throughout their journey.
