Hannah, Marissa, and Jackie were caring for my husband after a triple bypass surgery at the West LA Veterans Hospital. I must say, from the janitors to the meal servers, nurses, doctors, and absolutely everyone at this hospital has been top-notch. We’ve had nothing but the very best care.

These three nurses from ICU to the PCU rooms went above and beyond for my husband, as well as our entire family. We were scared, and often impatient, but regardless, they took the time to care, educate, and be kind to all of us. They explained in ways that I understood, which I truly appreciated.

You could tell by the way they treated their patients, the families, and each other that they absolutely love what they do and would stop at nothing to ensure a positive experience. I wish I had better writing skills, as these three deserve so much more recognition than I can create.
