I would like to recognize Zekyra for the DAISY Award for the professionalism of inserting the NG tube so magical that my aunt didn't flinch, get upset, or disturbed during the procedure. My aunt felt quite at ease with the procedure because of her calmness and ability to do it in such a professional way. I was completely impressed and thankful.
